MIPRONS was published on Nòva Il Sole 24 Ore. The journalist Gabriele Caramellino expert on economics and innovation, talked about the birth of our startup and the projects under development.
The co-founder, Angelo Minotti underlined how MIPRONS is working on the development of an innovative miniaturized propulsion system that can be used on satellites, their carriers, last stages of launchers, and extra-atmospheric drones.
In the case of satellites, the system would significantly reduce maneuver times (i.e., reaching operational orbit) thanks to the high thrust, obtainable by burning hydrogen/oxygen obtained, directly in orbit from water, through electrolysis process.
Recent awards include the Global Startup Program launched by the ICE – Agenzia per la promozione all’estero e l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane and ESA BIC-Lazio for a 24-month development program.
